Systems Biology Graphical Notation
SBGN은 Biology systems에서 본질적인 biochemical과 cellular processes들 간의 graphical/visual 적인
표현을 표준화하는 것을 목표로 한다.
SBGN는 3개의 orthogonal 하고 complementary 한 language를 가지고 있다.
Process Descriptions
The causal sequences of molecular processes and their results.
The Entity Relationships
The interactions between entities irrespective of sequence.
Activity Flows
The flux of information going from one entity to another.
